Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Exclusive Fragrances and Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand, we take pride in delivering premium fragrance products, grooming essentials, and luxury experiences crafted with quality, precision, and intention. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and grooming products, all sales are final.

Exclusive Fragrances and Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance or scent preference
  • Grooming style preference
  • Ordering the wrong item or size
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Used, opened, or tested products
  • Packages marked as delivered
  • “The Universe decided your scent belonged elsewhere.”

There will be absolutely no refunds issued.

Exchange Policy (Exchange Only)

If you believe there is a verified quality-related issue with your product, we may approve an exchange under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Exchange request must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed postal delivery

Proof of purchase and order number are required

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is determined to be a verified fulfillment error by Exclusive Fragrances or Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand

Exchanges are limited to equal-value products only

No cash refunds, store credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued

Products showing signs of:

  • use
  • tampering
  • testing
  • excessive wear
  • altered packaging
  • damage after delivery

will not qualify for exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Exclusive Fragrances and Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Carrier delays or delivery mishandling
  • Weather-related shipping interruptions
  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation:
  • The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
  • Any reimbursement or replacement determination will be handled through the carrier’s claims process

We strongly recommend:

  • Double-checking your shipping address before placing your order
  • Using secure delivery locations
  • Monitoring tracking updates closely
  • Retrieving packages promptly after delivery

Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of many fragrance and grooming products, slight variations in:

  • oil coloration
  • texture
  • consistency
  • packaging details

may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

Exclusive Fragrances and Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand are not liable for:

  • allergic reactions
  • skin sensitivities
  • fragrance sensitivities
  • misuse of products
  • improper storage conditions
  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Policy Abuse

Exclusive Fragrances and Estilo Xclusivo Barber Brand reserve the right to refuse exchanges, replacements, or future service in cases of:

  • suspected fraud
  • abuse of policy
  • excessive claims
  • chargeback abuse
  • suspicious purchasing activity
